One of the most beautiful spots in Abruzzo. Surrounded by thick forest, this is one of the larger lakes. It has a separate smaller lake and various towns surrounding it which are each very charming,there is Bomba, Colledimezzo, Pennadomo and Villa Santa Maria. There is a tourist village too, with challets, restaurant and swimming pool. Worth a trip!
